NDIA-Managed: The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) handles payments directly to registered providers. Participants can only use NDIS-registered providers.
Plan-Managed: A Plan Manager (funded by your NDIS plan) manages your invoices and payments. You can use both registered and non-registered providers.
